Glass Fusing & Bending Furnace LDN3000

1.This furnace adopts full steel structure. It uses infrared heating tube as heating element and fire-proof material of international brand as heat insulating layer, which is of low power consumption (only 2/3 of power consumption of the same machine in China).

2.It has unique design and temperature controlling system which is easy to operate. It can process all kinds of fused tridimensional glass according to different requirements.

3.This furnace is designed and manufactured to shape fused glass. Heating up and cooling down are controlled by program. It is with special design which guarantees the upper and lower surface of glass to be cooled down according to the annueal curve. It can eliminate the inner stress farthest to make glass size more precise.
