Name: Glass Washbasin Tempering Furnace

Application: This furnace is used for processing single and conjunctional tempered wash basin. It is of small investment, low power consumption and high working effect.

Principle and structure: This furnace is divided into three sections: loading and unloading area, heating area and intensifying area. The body of furnace (heating area) adopts steel structure. Inner furnace adopts good heat insulated cotton combined with fibreboard to form dual heat protection. Heating in the furnace is controlled by areas. The way of controlling is integrative module & programmable PLC. The intensifying area consists of fan, fan row and transporting system. Position of air pressure and fan row can be adjusted.
