2. Main Function of Each Part

2.1 Loading (Unloading) Roller Table

      The loading (unloading) roller table consists of jointing steel with transporting rollers. The transporting rollers consist of processed steel tubes and they can run stably. The roller table is driven by frequency conversion synchronous motor independently. It can be controlled by way of PTP and stepping. Also it can run with the transporting rollers of the heating furnace synchronously. The loading (unloading) roller table eqiups an encoder to control the whole system.

2.2 Heating Furnace

     The heating furnace shell consists of profiled bar and armor plate. Its two sides have pneumatic furnace doors made of heat-resistant and stainless steel. The furnace is vertical lifting with automatic lifting device to examine and repair the inside of furnace. The inside of furnace adopts aluminum silicate felt with thickness 200mm to guarantee the temperature inside even. It can heat up quickly and effectively. The heating element adopts 0Cr25AL5. There are spatial display spots inside the furnace.

2.3 Transmission and Transportation

      The heating furnace adopts bevel wheel to transport and square-cross disposal to make system run stably and reliably. The transporting rollers are made of heat-resistant ceramic. These rollers are capable to resist the fast changing of temperature and allow the heating furnace to heat up fast. The glass moves at even speed on the transporting roller to guarantee heat is absorbed by glass equably.

2.4 Heating Element and Temperature Control

      There are heating element and thermoscope inside the furnace. They are divided into areas, and temperature of each area is separately controlled by computer. The heating element is made of heat-resist alloy wire which is placed on the heat-resistant ceramic bracket. According to the design, it can prolong it natural life and it's easy to replace.
