1. Application
This glass tempering furnace is used to process high qualified LOW-E glass, architectural glass, furniture glass and automotive glass.
2. Performance of tempering machine
(1)Both the upper and lower parts adopt side-wind forced convection technology to transport the heat evenly. The convection blower adopts frequency conversion to adjust the air quantum and pressure. It is suitable for all kinds of glass. With these advantages, it can achieve the best processing parameters.
(2) The heating adopts PID temperature adjustment and intelligent module. This can control the temperature inside the furnace precisely.
(3) It can shorten the heating time and improve the processing quality on glass surface and the rate of the finished products.
(4) It can temper the LOW-E glass online and offline
